At Mountain Top Farm, our specialty is providing the services and most picturesque environment needed to turn your dream event into reality. Nestled in the Hudson Valley area of upstate New York, Mountain Top Farm is a working farm, breeding miniature horses since the year 2000. Just a two-hour drive from New York City, this private estate boasts over 240 acres of rolling hills and meadows, tree-lined trails, ponds and forestland which we've divided into two separate venue sites; The Pond and The Mountain Top. Both venue spaces offer multiple locations in order to have a different backdrop for your ceremony and reception. Most distinctive are its glorious sweeping panoramas offering breathtaking mountain views – a perfect backdrop for a memorable and romantic outdoor celebration. This stunning and versatile venue lends itself to many different events and happy occasions – whether it be a wedding, milestone birthday, elopement, soiree, vow renewal, engagement party, rehearsal dinner or a carefree celebration, our flexible and professional creative team will make sure that your event reflects your unique personality and style.

 
2019/2020 Pricing:
 

Elopement - $2,500 site fee

“Elopement” for parties of 25 people or less from Tuesday to Thursday at any site of your choice.  Event time 5 hours up to 11 pm with extended hours available for $250/ hour.


The Pond - $6000 for parties of 75-200 people

Includes:

✓ Use of the grounds by The Pond (Endless Flat Meadows, Fields of Wildflowers, Hills with Mountain View and Wooded Trails) for ceremony and reception, both at the location of your choice.

✓ Event Time: 6 hours up to 11 pm with Extended hours available for $250/ hour

✓ Fire pit with seating

✓ Bridal Suite

✓ Restrooms

✓ Small Covered Lounge area next to The Pond
✓Pre-Wedding Meeting

✓ On-site Security and EMS

✓ Cleanup

✓ Waste Removal 

✓ 7000WT Generator

The Mountain Top - $10,000 for parties of 75-200 people

Includes:

✓ Use of the grounds around The House: The Terrace (2340 square feet) and The Great Lawn next to the pool (5500 square feet) Both spaces can accommodate up to 200 for a ceremony or a reception with a dance floor and buffet. The Birch Forest is also included in The Mountain Top site.

✓ Event Time: 6 hours up to 11 pm with Extended hours available for $250/ hour

✓ Fire Pit Lounge (385 square feet)​ attached to The Terrace. Could also be used as an Asado Station, Children's Lounge, Bar, etc.

✓ Luxury Bridal Suite with Private Bathroom

✓ Restrooms 

✓ Frequent Restroom Maintenance 

✓ Pre-Wedding Meeting

✓ On-site Security and EMS

Platinum Package  (two days)- $15,000 

This spectacular two-day affair includes "The Pond" package for a welcome party or rehearsal dinner and "The Mountain Top" package for your wedding day
