Our in-house professionals are proud to offer Event Planning and Management, Wedding/Event Styling, and Graphic Arts Services including custom designed stationery and wedding websites. We also work closely with many creditable vendors in the event industry to be able to take care of your every need when it comes to putting on your unforgettable event. Since every event is unique and everyone has different planning and design needs, we create customized packages for each client. Our packages are completely tailored to you and will be quoted after an initial complimentary consultation.
Hiring a wedding planner helps alleviate the stress of searching for and booking the venue, vendors, and coordinating the actual events. If using an outside full wedding planner service is not within your budget, we recommend at least using our partial planning service to help with consulting or the Day-of Coordination service. At MTFE, we believe in working together, utilizing the knowledge, experience and creativity of our entire team. Therefore, whichever planning service you decide on, you will have a team of at least two planners, working together to ensure that your event is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed.
Complimentary first consultation- up to one hour- no obligation. This involves the clients asking questions regarding the areas they need help in such as styling ideas, and suggesting vendor choices, plus a tour of the venue.
Partial Wedding Planning: $500
This service is for the bride who takes full responsibility for planning her wedding. It includes :
3 hours consulting regarding the wedding style and vendor recommendations. Extra hours $80 per hour.
Day of Coordination: $1500
This service is for the bride who takes full responsibility for planning her wedding. but would like help on her wedding day.
This includes: creating a detailed timeline, contacting the vendors, reviewing and confirming their services and delivery, running the wedding rehearsal, making sure the timeline is adhered to as much as possible and compensating when it does not.
Note: There will be a $350 extra charge if the ceremony is in a location different from the reception.

Having a wedding website makes things a lot easier for your guests but mostly for you! Anything that you don't want to be asked on your wedding day can go right on your website. It can include all of your wedding details from directions to the venue, the schedule of events, the attire, your gift registries and much more. Guests can RSVP and book accommodations straight from your site. You can include a story of how you met and a bio of both the bride and groom for those guests who only know one of them and would like to know more about the other. You can allow guests to request songs ahead of time right from your website and we'll give the list to your DJ. You may even decide to allow guests to upload photos that they took during the wedding, directly to your website, for everyone to see afterwards. The possibilities are endless, we'll give you all of the options and work with you to decide what you want included and how you want your website to look.

After an initial consultation, Teresa will do all of the research necessary to plan the trip that you have in mind, whether it be a relaxing or action-packed stay. She will get quotes for hotels and domestic travel, plan itineraries and present you with options to choose from.
